Tobi AI Limited ("Tobi AI," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website mytobiai.com and the Tobi hardware device. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users ("you"), especially the children who use our device.

- Contact Information: When you join our waitlist, we collect your Name and Email Address.
- Payment Information: If you join the "VIP Club" ($1 reservation), our payment processor (e.g., Stripe/PayPal) collects your payment details. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
B. Information Collected from Children (The Device)
Note: This section applies once the device is released.
- Voice Data (Push-to-Talk): Tobi does not have an "always-on" microphone or a "wake word" (like "Hey Siri"). It uses a strictly hardware-based "Push-to-Talk" mechanism. The microphone is physically disconnected unless the child is holding down the Talk Button. We collect and process voice data only during these button presses to generate a response.
- Usage Data: We track learning progress (e.g., "Knowledge Tree" mastery points) to provide the Parent App insights.
3. Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
We adhere to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
- Parental Consent: We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. You must be a parent or legal guardian to activate a Tobi device.
- No Marketing to Kids: We never use voice data or usage history to target advertisements to children.
4. How We Use Your Data
- To Provide Service: To deliver the waitlist updates, process your VIP reservation, and operate the Tobi device.
- To Improve Tobi: We may use anonymized voice and usage data to train our AI models (e.g., to better understand children's speech patterns).
